Day 1 – Community Welcome & Fun Activities • Introduction to Redwoods Ranch and its activities • Interactive games and activities for children, local school (Bridgend Primary) invited in the garden with ice cream van coming too. Day 2 – In Progress ( yet to be confirmed) • In progress – Bloods Bike Show. • Approaching also the Stoltman Brothers & Ross-County for home visits. Day 3 – Picnic in the Garden • Residents ,families ,staff picnic in the garden • Enjoy provided refreshments (Sandwiches & Cakes) • Outdoor games for children and relaxation in the Sensory Garden Day 4 – Cowboy-Themed Party & Fundraiser • Dress-up cowboy theme with costumes encouraged • BBQ fundraiser with delicious grilled options • Raffles and tombola & Name the Mascot (local business being contacted) • Live music and dancing (David Cowan) • Craft Stalls (local small business) • Haybales being given (for theming and seating) & Western themed Photo sign • Tea/Coffee & Snacks/Cakes stall Day 5 – Nursery Fun Day & Teddy bear Picknick • Special invitation for Ankerville Nursery children and Fox Tales (babies/toddlers) • Soft play and storytelling sessions • Teddy Bear Picknick (outside weather permitting) • Drawing the raffle & Name the mascot with residents (winners will be contacted) Some events may be subject to change.
